Rental companies

VeriBuy provides vehicle condition documentation tools to rental companies under a service agreement with each company. That agreement governs pricing, data handling and support. Rental companies that send text messages to renters through VeriBuy must collect the renter's consent on their rental agreement using the notice we provide, and must keep the signed agreements.

Renters

Your rental itself, including the reservation, the agreement you signed and any charges, is governed by your rental company's agreement with you, not by VeriBuy. The condition records you review and sign in the product become part of that agreement as exhibits. By using a VeriBuy link you consent to review, sign and receive records for your rental electronically; a typed-name signature on these records has the same effect as a handwritten one. You can request paper copies from your rental company at any time.

Text messages

If your rental agreement includes consent to text messages and you gave your rental company a mobile number, you get up to five texts per rental: your rental link and return reminders. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. The full text-message terms are at rent.getveribuy.com/rental/sms.

No warranty on outcomes

VeriBuy is a documentation tool provider. It does not decide, arbitrate or collect charges, and makes no warranty about the outcome of any dispute between a renter and a rental company.
