Condition records for rental fleets.

VeriBuy is software for car-rental companies. The renter runs a guided scan of the vehicle from their own phone at pickup and again at return. The two scans are compared, and the rental company gets either a clean return or a damage report with before-and-after photos of every change.

The company was started to take the argument out of rental returns: the renter has a record of the condition they received the car in, and the rental company has evidence for anything that changed while it was out. Neither side has to rely on a walk-around sheet or memory.

VeriBuy is VeriBuy Inc., based in Bend, Oregon, and the winner of the 2026 Bend Venture Conference. We work directly with the rental companies we serve.

What we send to renters
