If you book a demo or send us a message, we keep the details you give us (name, company, email, phone) to reply and to follow up about the product. We may use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools that record page visits. We do not sell this information.

The product

VeriBuy processes rental condition records on behalf of the rental company you rented from: the photos and video from guided scans, your name and contact details as provided by the rental company, your typed signatures, and technical details of the device and session used to sign (IP address, browser, and, if you allow it, location at the time of the scan). Declining location never blocks your scan.

This information exists to document the vehicle's condition at handoff, for you and for the rental company. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared across rental companies. Records are retained while they may be needed for the rental relationship, including any open dispute. To access or delete your information, contact your rental company; they control the record and VeriBuy processes it for them.

Text messages

If you gave your mobile number to your rental company and agreed to texts in your rental agreement, that number is used to send your rental link and return reminders for that rental, on behalf of your rental company: up to five texts per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the texts. The full text-message terms are at rent.getveribuy.com/rental/sms.
